I’m sitting in the student compound on the Iris base in Pemba, Mozambique, wondering how in the world I am going to put into words the things that I have seen, heard, and experienced in this place. How do I describe what God is doing here? How do I explain what He has been doing in my heart? How do I describe the presence of God? … And the only word that comes to mind is a very simple yet very powerful word.
It’s LOVE
Plain and simple.
It’s what we were made for.
It’s what compelled Jesus Christ to die on a cross for you and for me.
It’s the reason you and I are alive.
It’s what we live for!!!
